We strive to provide high-quality printer setup, installation, and troubleshooting services to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if our service does not meet your expectations, this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued, and how to request one.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
You were billed for a service that was not delivered.
Our technician was unable to resolve your printer issue after making all reasonable efforts.
You were charged more than the quoted or agreed-upon amount.
You cancelled the service within the allowable time frame prior to its commencement.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The issue was resolved but you later change your mind about the service.
The problem is caused by unsupported devices, outdated hardware/software, or poor equipment condition.
You failed to follow technical instructions or recommendations provided by our team.
Delays or failures occurred due to third-party products, internet connectivity issues, or manufacturer-imposed restrictions.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.
Provide your name, contact information, service date, and a brief description of your concern.
Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution.
Please ensure all relevant information is provided to avoid delays in processing your request.
4. Refund Method
If your refund is approved:
The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We do not issue cash refunds for online transactions.
5. Service Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled service prior to its start time. To be eligible for a full refund:
Cancellation must be made at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Same-day cancellations made after the session has begun are not eligible for refunds.
